After a lot of brainstorming today with and without the group I wanted to begin sketching what I picture this design to be. Obviously from the renders below I'm not taking the industrial designers route.

Looks like you've got some pretty ambitious ideas texture-wise. The first one in particular speaks to me--like you're designing a tea skyscraper with a giant fountain in front of it.
